With a total length of 4.5 kilometers, Ring Island Road starts from Beishan Reservoir and winds along the southeast coastline to the vicinity of Guishan Ship Memorial Park. It is the preferred route for hiking in Guishan and watching the sunrise.

The whole road runs through the main scenery of Guishan Island, with a vast view and a vast horizon. You can appreciate the unique island scenery of Dolphin Cove, Hong Kong Lantau, Big and small Spider Island, Ocean Ranch, as well as the natural scenery of eagles spreading their wings and dolphins swimming. It is a characteristic coastal landscape belt of "mountains and seas interdependent, islands facing each other and sky facing each other".
