In order to further enhance the service awareness and level of Guishan Island tourism practitioners, better build Guishan Island tourism into a high-end leisure tourism resort with international competitiveness, and help Guishan Island Scenic spot to create a national AAAA level tourist destination in the near future, on April 24, 2023 Wanshan Islands tourism guide service training was held in the town cultural center conference room. The training specially invited Zhuhai tourism discipline leader, Provincial Tourism Bureau tour guide qualification exam written examination (examination) question expert Gao Fei to explain training to the trainees. Tan Haibao, director of the town economic development Office, attended the training, and 48 people such as B&B hotels and individual industrial and commercial businesses participated.

The training course is divided into two parts: improving the quality of tourism services and explaining the scenic spots of Wanshan Islands. First of all, Mr. Gao explained the improvement of tourism service quality with the theme of service mode and service awareness. Tourism practitioners in scenic areas should strictly require their own norms of behavior, and adhere to professional service skills, standardized business actions, safe service awareness, and standard business language to serve every tourist on the island. The second part is based on the deep historical and cultural heritage of Wanshan Islands and the characteristics of scenic spots, focusing on the explanation skills and language arts of scenic guides, scenic service etiquette, and government service reception, etc., to carry out practical exercises of explaining scenic spots of Wanshan Islands.

Through targeted and operational theoretical explanation and experience sharing, the training focused on "charging and storing energy" for participants, helping to improve the knowledge reserve, business skills and work ability of Guishan Island tourism practitioners on Wanshan Island tourism sector. To further promote the Guishan Island scenic area of the national AAAA level of tourism scenic spot to create high-quality preparations.
