How to prevent snakes

For snakes, we are huge, they naturally will not take the initiative to attack us, do not intentionally tease a snake! When the snake is provoked, it will attack!

1. Try to avoid resting in the grass. Snakes hate spirit, you can always prepare a bottle of spirit.

2. Snakes generally only take the initiative to attack people when threatened, if you meet a snake unexpectedly, keep calm and quiet, do not attack it, should take a long way around.

3. Run away. If you encounter a snake, be sure to run to the side of the snake or an S-shaped escape route, never run in a straight line. Because the snake's eyes can only look forward, it is necessary to pick the blind area of the snake to run.

Bite treatment

1. Once bitten by a venomous snake, try to remember the characteristics of the snake, not fast running, calling and other emotional behavior, so as to avoid accelerating blood circulation, resulting in the rapid spread of snake venom in the body.

2. If you are bitten by a non-venomous snake, please call the school emergency number 120 immediately, the doctor will clean, stop bleeding, bandage the wound, and go to the hospital for tetanus injection.

3. Pull fangs. If fangs remain in the wound, be sure to remove them as soon as possible, because fangs contain a lot of snake venom.

4. Wash. Rinse the wound under running, clean water to remove the venom from the surface.

5. Wrap a piece of cloth with an elastic strap and tie it near the heart of the bite site (if the calf is bitten, it can be tied on the thigh) to slow the spread of snake venom in the body; Block blood flow to the heart. 20 minutes to relax, prevent ischemia.

6. Do not open the wound to detoxify. Because some venomous snakes can bleed profusely by cutting through their bites; Cutting a wound may also cause venom to penetrate from the epidermis into the dermis, increasing the chance of wound infection and ulceration.
